The Person Behind The Admin
Hi, I’m Alyssa, a busy mum of four from Adelaide.I started Admin After Five because I understand how full-on running a business can be, especially when you’re also trying to manage a household, school runs, and everything in between. I’ve spent 8 years working in a busy boutique call centre/virtual assistant role doing everything from calendar and inbox management to scheduling, quoting, and following up with clients. It was fast-paced, people-first, and gave me the skills to provide tech-savvy assistance to small business who want to avoid the commitment and overheads on an in house employee.Now, I work after hours so you don’t have to. When your workday ends, mine begins, handling the admin, replying to messages, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.And just to be clear I’m not AI. I’m a real human who knows how busy life can get, who understands the value of time, and who’s genuinely here to help.
